Hi there! I'm Katie,
I'm so glad you're here. I created Forget Me Not Notes because I believe no one should ever feel like their grief is lost, forgotten, unimportant, or wrong. It's the perfect gift for a newly grieving loved one, or a tool to add to your own toolbox on your healing journey.

Grieving is such a personal journey, yet so much of it happens in public spaces—funerals, memorials, even stepping out of the house for therapy sessions. I wanted to offer a space where healing can happen privately, in your own time and on your own terms.

Forget Me Not Notes is here to provide you with the tools to express your feelings and keep your memories alive. Whether you're writing a note to a loved one who has passed, journaling your thoughts, or preserving a precious memory, this is a place where your emotions are honored and your journey is supported.

Thank you for letting us be a part of your healing process. Together, we can keep the memories of our loved ones blooming eternally.

Warmest regards,
Katie ♥
Forget Me Not Notes is:
-Inclusive to all types of grief, ranging from miscarriage and infant loss, to pet loss, to general loss and bereavement.
-A company that aims to provide an on going, healing gift experience that can go at the user’s pace.
-Dedicated to offering a private grieving space, done in a manner that feels comfortable to the user.
-A reminder that no one grieves alone. In your darkest, loneliest weeks, there is someone who cares, and backing you and your feelings up on your grieving journey.
-An opportunity for connection. Connecting to a quote, connecting to the feelings others have similarly felt in an isolating time, connecting with the person who gifted the gift.
Forget Me Not Notes was created as a bright spot in a whirlwind of grief
It started with my brother passing away days before my birthday, followed by the loss of a grandfather-like figure a few weeks later, and then I said goodbye to my childhood dog shortly after that. Throughout all of the loss, all I could think is that there needed to be more than just sending flowers to a funeral home for support. So, the idea for Forget Me Not Notes was born.

Standing in the receiving line for the funeral of your best friend, hugging hundreds of people in a few hours- loved ones, friends, coworkers, and community members, surrounded by every type and color of flower you could imagine- how loving and honor filled… and yet, it feels so empty you can almost hear the echoes of your heart. Extravagant, leafy floral arrangements sent with 2-inch cards from dozens of community members just can’t seem to quiet the deafening silence of the new reality you face.

In a fast-paced society where being “okay” is expected, grieving can get lost in the shuffle. That’s where Forget Me Not Notes enters. Forget Me Not Notes is everything in grieving I found of value, or would have liked more of in my journey. Received in the comfort of your own home for the printed sets, or accessed by email at your own convenience, it removes the audience of others “watching you grieve”. The quotes can help put words to your feelings. It offers a mix of soft and bright colors, flower designs that won’t die after a week like real flowers that are sent, and no expectation to show up for anyone while you process your own feelings. With lined space on the back of each card and in each digital copy, there is reflection space to journal or take inventory of where you are with your emotions or grief for the week.

Most importantly, Forget Me Not Notes allows your grief to not be forgotten. In the chaos of a busy routine, making time to heal can be challenging. With a weekly delivery, you receive a gentle reminder and connection to your journey to heal.

Welcome to your healing journey, your loved one and your grief won’t be forgotten ♥
